Directions to Washington University
For your three week stay in St. Louis, there are several
options available to you in terms of your housing needs.
Dormitory
Housing
The most convenient option, and the one we
strongly recommend, is to stay in the recently built Washington
University dormitory building Nemerov Hall, which is located on the south side of campus, off of Big Bend Blvd. This building is
within a block of Simon Hall (the Olin School of Business), where
sessions are scheduled to be held, and within walking distance of a parking garage.
Single rooms run $32/per night.

the Hilltop Campus (within walking distance).

Graduate Student Shared Housing
Later in the year, we will send out a mass
email to graduate students here in both the Political Science
and Economics departments asking their interest in either
subletting an apartment or sharing with someone for the term
of the Summer Institute. Once we hear back from interested
parties, we will post a list of their emails on our website
that you can query them and get directly in touch with those
interested in sharing and/or subletting space. The website
