November 16 Public Policy Luncheon Meeting

Each year, the Weidenbaum Center funds hundreds of thousands of dollars in research in the social sciences here at Washington University. Please join us to hear the below Washington University faculty members give short presentations on some of the research that the Center has funded, moderated by Weidenbaum Center Director Andrew Reeves. Brian Carpenter, Professor of Psychological & Brain Sciences and Interim Director of Clinical Training, will discuss his research on the 21st Century Cure Act; Caitlyn Collins, Associate Professor of Sociology, will discuss childcare in the St. Louis region; Lucia Motolina, Assistant Professor of Political Science, will will discuss her research on political voting systems; Patrick Ishizuka, Assistant Professor of Sociology, will discuss the gender housework gap; Limor Golan, Lawrence H. Meyer Professor of Economics, will discuss her research on inequality and statistical discrimination; and Matthew Hayes, Associate Professor of Political Science, will discuss the Washington University Summer Training Experience in Political Science (WUSTEPS).
