Caitlyn Collins, Associate Professor of Sociology, will discuss her research on gender inequality and work-family issues, focusin in particular on the puzzle of childcare in different western countries.
Jaclyn Kaslovsky, Assistant Professor of Political Science, will discuss the experience of women in Congress, focusing on discussion dynamics and the legislative process.
