Barry Cynamon

Barry Cynamon specializes in the study of income and consumption inequality in the United States. He also studies the returns to education and the design of financing vehicles for supporting post-secondary education. His research is published in Cambridge Journal of Economics; Capitalism and Society; Eastern Economic Journal; Economic Inquiry; European Journal of Eocnomics and Economic Policies; and Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking. Cynamon's current work contributes to the literature on household economic wellbeing and intergenerational mobility.

Cynamon received his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at University of Chicago and his A.B. from Washington University in St. Louis.
